By visiting our website, submitting a lead form, booking a consultation, or opting in to receive SMS messages from VPP Texas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

VPP Texas provides home battery backup, solar energy, and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) energy services to residential homeowners, primarily in Texas, with expansion into Massachusetts and California. Our services include:
- Home battery backup systems: Design, installation, and ongoing management of residential battery storage solutions
- Solar integration: Pairing of battery systems with existing or new solar installations
- Virtual Power Plant enrollment: Participation in grid-balancing programs where enrolled homeowners may earn credits or compensation
- Consultations: Free energy assessments and system design reviews conducted by VPP Texas engineers
- Customer support: Ongoing support for active customers and prospective clients
Service availability, pricing, and program eligibility vary by location and utility provider. VPP Texas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
Our website and services are intended for residential homeowners 18 years of age or older located in states where VPP Texas operates. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are the owner or authorized occupant of the property for which you are inquiring
- You are providing accurate and truthful information in any form submission
- You have the authority to consent to SMS communications on behalf of the phone number provided
SMS Communications
VPP Texas uses SMS and MMS messaging to communicate with leads and customers about our services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages that may include:

- Educational content and video links about our home battery and VPP programs

Important: SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party for independent marketing purposes.
Your mobile number may be shared with our SMS service providers and telecommunications carriers solely to deliver messages. Those providers are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
VPP Texas SMS programs comply with applicable federal and state law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from VPP Texas through any of the following methods:
- Submitting a lead form on our website at vpptexas.com
- Completing a lead form through our Facebook or Instagram ad campaigns
- Booking a consultation through our online booking calendar
- Texting a designated keyword to a VPP Texas number as instructed in a specific campaign
Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages. SMS consent is always optional and separate from any purchase or service agreement with VPP Texas. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are 18 years of age or older.
To resubscribe at any time, reply START to any VPP Texas message.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After receiving your STOP request, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages to that number unless you re-subscribe.

Opting out of SMS does not affect any existing service agreement, consultation booking, or other relationship you have with VPP Texas.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your stage in the consultation process and your opt-in preferences. Transactional messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders are sent as events occur. Promotional messages are sent only as needed and never in bulk to non-consenting recipients.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. VPP Texas does not charge a separate fee for SMS. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier network conditions. VPP Texas is not responsible for messages delayed or not delivered due to carrier issues.
User Conduct
When using our website or interacting with our team, you agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any form or communication
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
- Transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that could damage our systems
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services or other users
- Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any content from our website without written permission

In no event shall VPP Texas's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to VPP Texas in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
